Workshops
Workshop Registration & Payment
- All workshops require advance registration. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
- Payments can be made online via our website
Cancellations & Refunds
- If you need to cancel your registration, a full refund will be provided if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the workshop date.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your spot to someone else.
- In the event of insufficient registrations or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the workshop. In this case, participants will receive a full refund.
Arrival & Punctuality
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the workshop to allow time for settling in. Workshops will start promptly at the scheduled time.
- Late arrivals may miss important instructions and disrupt the session.
Materials & Tools
- All materials and tools required for the workshop will be provided unless stated otherwise.
- Please handle all tools and materials with care. Any damages to equipment caused by misuse may incur a charge.
Safety & Conduct
- For safety reasons, please follow all instructions given by the instructor.
- Workshops are intended to be a friendly, inclusive, and creative environment. We ask that all participants respect each other and the instructor during the session.
Photography & Media
- We may take photographs or videos during the workshop for promotional purposes. By attending, you agree to appear in these images unless you inform us otherwise before the workshop begins.
Allergy Information
- Some workshops may include food or drink, such as tea, coffee, or snacks. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate your needs.
- Please note that we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Custom Orders
- If the workshop includes custom orders (e.g., professionally printed cards), orders will be processed after the workshop, with estimated delivery times provided at the event.
- Bulk orders can be placed, and pricing will be discussed during or after the workshop.
Liability
- We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the workshop. By participating, you agree to assume full responsibility for your actions.

Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) and you should expect your products within 7 days after receiving your order confirmation email. Our delivery charge is £3.50. If you are ordering outside of the UK, expect your order to be processed within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 weeks after receiving your order confirmation email. Our shipping fee is £18 and your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Papers By Mae Ltd is not responsible for these charges if applicable and are the responsibility of the customer.
Privacy Policy
Papers By Mae Ltd is committed to protecting the privacy of data that belongs to our customers, subscribers and followers. Sometimes we do need to request specific personal data or information to enable purchases and improve our customer service.

Email marketing:
In order to sign up to our mailing list and receive emails and newsletters from Papers By Mae, we request that you provide your name and email address. This information will not be disclosed to any third parties. Should you wish to unsubscribe from our mailing list at any point, your details will be removed immediately from our records.
Returns and exchanges
If you are not happy with your item, we offer returns or exchanges within 28 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. The following principles apply:

Faulty items can be returned for a full refund or exchange free of charge

All other items can be returned for a full refund or exchange but postage charges must be covered by the customer. ​
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Unless faulty, discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

Returned items must be returned in its original packaging

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
